I hope everyone has a delightfully Happy Fence Friday.
The fence is not to keep the wheel in, but is actually next to a railway line which carries freight to the port. There are many crossing places so the park and wheel are easy to get to. It's a lovely spot, just across from Fishing Boat Harbour in Fremantle.
