A hero of mine on so many levels. What a great reading not only of her own work, but also selections from Mark Strand, Paul Celan and others.

After they took turns reading, they were escorted to a reserved row in the audience. Billy Collins sat right behind me. Too cool.

My favorite poet gave a reading tonight at the Folger. Out of my three cameras, the only thing closely resembling one that I had on me was my crappy phone, because I am a dork. Anyway, it was a fantastic reading/q&a. AND she signed my book. :)
