Primrose Gardens, Belsize Park

Before I caught the tube to Heathrow for the trip home, Spooner and I took an early morning walk up Primrose Hill and through a bit of Regent's Park. After doing a little bit of tourist stuff my last two days (so that I could say I'd been to Westminster and Winchester when people ask me what I'd seen, because they'd all think I'm crackers if I tell them I spent my vacation looking at GWL nuggets, graffiti and a prostitutes' graveyard), it was great to end the visit with a walk through residential neighborhoods, seeing people walking their dogs, flying kites, and playing football. The trip was fab -- I met a bunch of wonderful people, had fun with Spooner, and took lots of pix (which I'm too tired to upload at the moment, but I'll get to it soon).

There used to be a nice, big clock in that round copper frame, but now there are two cheap kitchen clocks attached with electrical tape to some wood. Belsize Park tube station. See where this picture was taken. [?]
