Ezra Street near Columbia Road. This one took me a while to decipher and work out. It reads: FLAT ROPES HAWSER SHROUD & CABLE LAID WM HOCKNELL & SONS On Google Maps, you can see that the building behind the sign is long and narrow, so that must have been the ropeworks. Hawser-laid, shroud-laid and cable-laid are types of rope.

All that remains of the exit from Piccadilly Station into Tower Records, the 25,000 square-foot flagship outlet at 1 Piccadilly Circus, which closed in 2009.
