Nothing to do with the Hidden River Fleet walk, but I found this old façade interesting. It's the former ambulance entrance to the Central London Throat Nose & Ear Hospital in Wicklow Street.

Another juncture on our guided walk following the course of the River Fleet from King's Cross to its outflow at Blackfriars. The Fleet rises on Hampstead Heath and makes a zigzag course south to the Thames. It no longer flows above ground, having been contained in subterranean pipes, but you can still follow its course.
