Oxford House, Derbyshire Street, Bethnal Green. Oxford House was built in 1891-1892 as a "settlement house" in the empoverished community of Bethnal Green, London. Students from Keble College, Oxford University could live at Oxford House while undertaking volunteer work in the area. The students ran youth groups, provided legal assistance, and conducted adult education classes in the building and surrounding area. Oxford House continues to be a community centre though no longer associated with Keble College, Oxford. It is Grade II listed. www.oxfordhouse.org.uk/history

This garage was build in 1889. The wild boar's head, by the artist Ken Adams, was added in 1981. Netherhall Gardens, Hampstead.

The old postal sorting office, Vestry Road, Walthamstow. It's now an Islamic centre. Across the road is the former bury field or church common, now a playground.
