The lovely, slender spire of All Hallows by the Tower pointing skyward and the hulking, sore thumb of 20 Fenchurch (a.k.a. the Walkie Talkie) looming over the City of London.

The oldest church in the City of London. Several American connections -- William Penn was baptised here, and John Quincy Adams married here. All Hallows survived the Great Fire through the efforts of Wm. Penn's father. It fared worse in WWII, and only the tower and the walls survived the bombs.
