So this is it. After I wasn't successful with the hole punch, I thought this would solve my problems for good.
It cuts circles, but the forces are so big, that the centering ping moves around in the plastic foil. Therefore it cuts nice 'wanna be' circles, or egg shaped things. The edges are almost perfect though.

I need to find a small company/workshop with some sort of hydraulic press. "punch, lift and slide" ;-)
