Illumination 1 vs. 2 vs. 3 modules

1 to 3 modules with 32pcs 129 lm/W nichia leds each. LED driver: MBI5168, brain: ATtiny2313.
There seems to be a decline in brightness in the middle of the workspace when turning on more modules. I don't know if that is an effect of the camera's exposure program or if I should have used thicker wires for the supply.
Towards re-illuminating my kitchen workspace...

Currently there are still CFL tubes mounted below the cupboards in my kitchen. The switches are beginning to fail one by one. No replacements to be found anywhere. The problem is that the housing is way too small to fit any kind of switch that can be considered as "safe" for 220V. I'm planning to replace these with 12V LED modules. This is an idea on how to drive them with an ATtiny2313 + MBI5168 constant current driver (quite cheap).

It came with straight male headers, but I had these female ones sitting in one of my many boxes and chose to use them instead. Makes it easier to do 'ad hoc' stuff and is still usable with a breadboard.

The sticker was free ;-)
And the sun was shining! Hopefully these dreaded overcast times are over now.
The new board

I've shrunk down the fat capacitors to just 1000µF each, which made the board shorter a bit. I've also added larger headers + 1k series resistors (all 0603 now) for ALL I/O lines of the micro, so I can probe effortlessly without shorting anything. There are 5 new status LEDs as well. The main LEDs are now from Nichia and only need about 50mA per channel to get 20 lumen per piece. Total output should be about 600 lumen.
