This is one of their old 400lm LED lights. It still works, but the glue formerly holding the glass dome has failed after about 1.5 years.

The red dots are squeezed-out glue. First the SMD resistors were glued down, then the through-hole headers were populated from the top side. Final step: the whole board was passed through a wave-soldering machine.
