There's nothing like waking up from a weird dream and being greeted by a strange-looking shadow on the wall. With a bit of still-half-asleep-enhanced imagination, it looks like a famous Star-Wars character.

I added a 3V battery to pull the p-ch gate to -3V. It improves the R(ds)-on at small positive input voltages, but completely defeats the reverse polarity protection. ARGH. I do have to add a Schottky diode at last.

I wish this happened more of the time. Just to make some people realize where the eggs come from. It is a strange mental process that turns animals into food. I guess that some kids don't even associate eggs with chicken, or cows with burger meat. Those things 'grow' in the supermarket.

That toupee has seen better days.
