Even the image stabiliser can't cope with this much dim lighting combined with motion, but I still like the shot.

...on the shore (With apologies to the Moody Blues. I'm feeling a little bit like driftwood juuuuust at the moment, so this wreckage on Brighton beach yesterday is kinda appropriate.) Don't miss the kid on the springy bit. His dad is standing on the other end, holding him up. This, clearly, makes everything in the world somehow all right. :-)

At the French Market on Brunswick Lawns, in Hove. He's buying some very smelly cheese which he will later narrowly avoid forgetting and leaving in a tapas restaurant.

Uploading some oldies as I do some archiving. This is some of Company:Collisions , for which I was / sometimes am Stage Manager, rehearsing for our open-air production of Hans Christian Andersen's The Tin Soldier , adapted to pertain to Iraq, and performed as part of The Streets of Brighton festival in 2003. With the help of Alan and the gang from ACA Scaffolding, we erected the entire theatre in the grounds of St. Peter's Church in the middle of Brighton. And I got to play with some excellent green fire thanks to the pyrotechnics involved! :)
