Happy Bench Monday everyone...........I hope you've all had a good weekend and are looking forward to the forthcoming week. It will take me a while to catch up with you all after my week away, but I'll do my best. This was taken in in the gardens at Hinton Ampner House and Gardens, a National Trust property in Hampshire.

Taken on a lovely sunny day in the Southsea Rock Gardens. A Japonica hedge I think.

A single strand of the hedge has escaped the annual clip. I took this shot because I liked the colours in the hedge and the smooth green background.

I have no idea what this is used for. It is in someones back garden and is visible from the end of Bosham Lane near the foreshore. I suspect it is a summerhouse of sorts.............I've always thought it was quite photogenic.
