Topsham is an ancient and well preserved historic port town close to the City of Exeter on the Exe Estuary and we managed a couple of hours there in between heavy showers of rain. Spotted this chap at Topsham Quay. No idea if he is a sailor or not, but he looks like one and he was standing next to a boat!
