Taken this afternoon, at Southsea, Portsmouth, UK. As well the Armed Forces Day celebrations, there was also free live music at the Bandstand where the atmosphere was wonderful with everyone enjoying themselves in the blazing hot sunshine. Great weather for having fun, but not so good for photography. Please view large, on black. Thank you.

Southsea Bandstand with the Spinnaker Tower and the "Lipstick" Tower in the background. Taken back in July this year. I'm trawling the archives I'm afraid........I haven't taken many photos in the last week or so (at least none worth sharing)!

Taken on a typical grey, miserable day! This lovely old bandstand really needs an overhaul and a coat of paint. Let hope they do it in time for the summer season (but I doubt they will)!! Please view large, on black :)
