Part of a bench in the grounds of St Marys Church, North Marden, West Sussex. I like the textures in the wood and the flint wall of the church. This was originally posted in April 2013 as part of a huge amount of photos transferred across from Flickr and as such have had little attention on Ipernity. Hope you like it. I can never resist a shot of these benches each time I visit Old Portsmouth.

Looking back through some of my older photos, I realise that back when I left Flickr and transferred hundreds of photos to Ipernity like many others, people simply did have the time or inclination to trawl through them all. Additionally, when I first came to Ipernity, I had very few contacts. Consequently some of the photos have had very few, or no views at all. I've decided that now and then, I'm going to resurrect one and re-post it, just for fun. This one was originally posted in February 2013. Taken in Lewes, West Sussex.

Enjoying a sunny afternoon at Swanage. Taken back in July 2012. I've decided to repost it today as a comparison to the image I posted nearly a week ago (please see the PiP). How things have changed..!! (This was one of a batch of images I migrated across to from Flickr in 2013, so I doubt anyone on IP has seen it before).

Nature is slowly taking over this bench in the woods.
