Taken in the small town of Emsworth, Hampshire. Better viewed large to see wha's on offer!

This was taken in a small shopping arcade in Wickham, Hampshire. The lady had such a lovely smile and I liked the background as well, so I asked permission to take her photo......and she agreed. It was quite dark in the shop so I used f2.8 and upped the iso a little. In hindsight I should probably have used around f5.6 to get the writing on the bottles in focus, but I'm still pretty happy with how it came out. I've sent her a copy already, so I hope she likes it.

A bleak day in Bognor Regis!

Just one a trio of quirky things I found to photograph over the last few days: Spotted outside a wet fish shop in Bishop's Waltham.

No offence intended to any smokers out there...........just seemed appropriate :)

Brighton has some really colourful houses and shops.

Just liked this bright shop-front, which stood out in the miserable weather! Shame it wasn't open - I quite like a bit of chocolate :D

Spotted this in Southsea a while ago........you don't see a lot of traditional shops like this anymore. Looks better large, on black. Taken with Fuji X100 and edited in Snapseed.

Arundel, West Sussex

The shop underneath these old signs is now a Tandoori take-away, but these show some of the shops history! I like the colours and tones of the tiles.
