The slowly dying leaves on the Acer tree in my garden...........taken just over a moth ago. All the leaves have completely gone now!

These leaves from my garden got wet in the rain, so I thought I'd bring them indoors to dry :-) Taken in natural light. The background is one of the walls in my living room and the texture and border was added in post processing

I picked all these up in the car park at the back of my house last Saturday to photograph indoors. I think I have succeeded in getting a good autumnal colour palette. Best viewed large. Thank you for looking.

Tabletop photography. I found this leaf on my lawn last Friday after some heavy winds..........and I thought it deserved to have it's portrait taken :-) Photographed using a cheap LED light panel as background. I'm starting to get in the autumn mood, so this will also do for the Macro Dreams ✨ challenges group theme of that name (and it also fits in previous challenges: Leaves, Autumn Leaves) Best viewed large on black if you have time. ..........the leaves on this sycamore tree are turning brown. This will be my last post for a while. Off to Wales early tomorrow for a week of nothing but photography (and maybe a little alcohol), with some very good friends.
