It's been a damp and gloomy day today...........and looks to be the same tomorrow, so I thought I'd add a bit of colour..!! These are shop bought meringues, photographed indoors in natural light using multi-coloured card as a background. Before you ask..........I only ate one as they are far too sweet for my taste! I hope everyone has had a great weekend and I wish you all a good week ahead as we head into Autumn..!!

I thought I'd post an extra photo today.........and why not? In the garden this morning, and noticed that the fairy cakes we planted late last year have come up and started to flower already. Much more colourful than snowdrops.........and edible as well :-)) Must go now, there seem to be some men in white coats at the door.....................

This one is especially for Maggie (MaggsMep) as she pretty much challenged me not to post another "Marmite" photo :-))) Taken indoors on my tabletop in natural window light. Afterwards, I drank the orange juice, my wife ate the boiled egg and the jar of Marmite will go to my daughter, who loves it. The toast and marmite went in the bin..!! Maggie........if it's any consolation I got some Marmite on my fingers when setting up the shot and licked my fingers clean without thinking............it took ages to get rid of the taste. Yuk..!!

Glazed with caramelised cinnamon and sugar. I'd love to be able to say these were home-made.........but sadly not. They were, however, quite photogenic and very delicious!

I don't often go to Bognor Regis - in fact I actively try not to - but today I was talked into it. After having spent half an hour or so in the local camera shop and decided I didn't really need another camera bag, I left the Boss "doing" the shops and had a wander along the sea front. Not much happening to be honest, but I thought I'd share these photos. No need to look at them all unless you really want to - I know 17 is a lot to post all at once - but I thought I'd get it over with!
