This is a view to the promenade that runs along the bottom of the cliffs, below Connaught Gardens in Sidmouth, Devon. This is the first Fence Friday of England's "Lockdown v2.0". I hope all my Ipernity friends across the world are keeping safe and well and that you all have the best weekend you can under the circumstances we all find ourselves in. A bleak day in Bognor Regis!

I don't often go to Bognor Regis - in fact I actively try not to - but today I was talked into it. After having spent half an hour or so in the local camera shop and decided I didn't really need another camera bag, I left the Boss "doing" the shops and had a wander along the sea front. Not much happening to be honest, but I thought I'd share these photos. No need to look at them all unless you really want to - I know 17 is a lot to post all at once - but I thought I'd get it over with!

Enjoying a sunny afternoon at Swanage. Taken back in July 2012. I've decided to repost it today as a comparison to the image I posted nearly a week ago (please see the PiP). How things have changed..!! (This was one of a batch of images I migrated across to from Flickr in 2013, so I doubt anyone on IP has seen it before).

The prom at Bognor was almost deserted today - probably due to the overcast, windy and chilly weather. Processed this one in "Flare" using a preset called "Blue Sky" to make it a bit more summery!
