Bosham, West Sussex

Another shot of Bosham Village taken from across the harbour at high tide. At low tide there you would be able to see the road that runs around the harbour. Please view large for best effect. There is another view in the PiP taken an hour or so later from a slightly different perspective.......also at low tide. The white marker posts show where the road would be if you could see it. Thanks for looking and have a lovely week!

A view across the harbour at Bosham, in West Sussex.........this time captured at high tide and from the opposite side of the harbour looking towards the harbour entrance with the village on the right. You can see how high the tide is, but to get a better idea, have a look at the PiP. I was standing just to the right of the sign..!! Best viewed large!

The Royal Oak and the Old Mill

The weather here yesterday started off cold, cloudy and drizzly..........but by the time I had to drive my wife to her nail appointment just after lunch, it was starting to clear, so I decided to drive an extra couple of miles to Langstone after I dropped her off. This is the sight that greeted me on arrival.......sunshine, reasonably calm waters (just after high tide) and some lovely reflections. About an hour later the sun had gone and the clouds were back. I know I've posted many shots of this place.........but I just can't resist it.........could you? Splendid viewed large on black, if if say so myself :-)

Taken between rain showers. Despite the grey skies the light was quite lovely...........it was freezing cold though.

High Tide at The Old Mill

05 Feb 2017 18 14 320
Rubbish weather and shift work have been playing havoc with my photography life lately and as a result I've not been able to get out much and when I have I've not been able to go too far. The Old Mill is only a couple of miles from where I live and it and the surrounding area, are one of my favourite places to go when I haven't got much time, but need to get out! This was taken last Thursday during a brief break from the rain and unrelenting grey skies. I make no apologies for having posted dozens of photos of this over the years!
