Thirty seconds of the ISS

29 Mar 2021 2 3 91
I'm a catch-as-catch-can kind of photographer. After supper this evening, I was hoping to catch the moon as it rose over the local hill it was hidden behind for an hour after its *actual* rising. But that part of the sky clouded in. I turned to the NW where the international Space Station was due to show a few minutes later. I jammed the camera to the bathroom window casing and took a thirty-second exposure, holding it tight with my hand. As psychedelic as the picture appears, with streetlight-lit trees, almost daylight clouds, and reflections from inside the house, I did get the ISS and lots of stars too.
