I was so surprised late this morning to have three friends come by for an outside-the-door visit that I did a poor job of taking their picture. Digital cameras do that to me: I assume that everything's okay but it is calculating the exposure based on, in this case, the background instead of the three people in front of me. Duhhh. But at least I turned on the flash and it's a nice picture anyway. It's turning into a tradition.
