This was sunset today. But of course the sun was a couple of degrees above the horizon, so it was actually broad daylight. But I had the camera expose for the brightest part of the sky, that nearest the sun, in order to get some definition in the shape of the sun. The sky was indeed that orangey colour, grading up into greeny blues, so there's nothing fake about that. The picture is just a whole lot darker, and more interesting, than the scene really was. I should've had the camera set at a more reasonable ISO level; 800 in the E-P2 is very very noisy.
