My wife and I eat lots of fish. It doesn't come from long distances, it's almost always still unfrozen, and we like it like that. The people working at the shop I go to know what I like and they often phone with news they've got something special. Today the woman whose hand you see called about some halibut that had just arrived. Best, the heads were still attached and she cut out the cheeks. She had a couple of kilograms of the most delicious fish part available. So I rushed in and bought a half kilogram. We'll eat them in a couple of hours. Mmmm.
