This neighbourhood prides itself on being the Canadian postal district with the largest proportion of artists. So I'd prefer to read this graffito as having been put there by a person who knows her Latin and who invokes an osculatory presentation of her artwork, rather than the alternative. Mind you, there is a bar not very distant with a sign on the wall that says "Pog mo thoin" which, in another language, means what most passers-by understand this one to mean. Shrug.
