A couple of months ago I heard from someone that my friend Harry, who was an accomplished stone carver, had died. My friend had heard it on television, she said. A couple of hours later I heard from someone else that Harry had died. I couldn't find any obituary but I had not seen him in months so I assumed it was true. I had some good pictures of him which I posted with a nice set of memories of him. Then a mutual friend, seeing my posting about Harry's death, contacted me and said he'd seen Harry on the street that day! Looking further, I found out there were two similar Harrys around town, and some people mixed them up. Harry was not dead! (At least, not the Harry I knew.) I couldn't contact him to apologise for having him dead and buried prematurely. But today I saw him in the street and I was able to do it finally. He was amused. Harry is a wonderful man.
