I stripped the upstairs hallway and the stairs of the carpet this week. I was taking pictures of the progress. My pup was hesitant about these newly revealed wood stairs and floors - she'd stay only on the carpet until I got it all up. :-)

Rather than take out the old tack board, the previous owner just laid down the new tackboard right next to the old. /headdesk
