Shot from the breakwater at the end of the channel at Muskegon, looking at the small beach within the larger breakwater which protects the harbor. I particularly like the peculiar clouds, which are probably more visible in the larger sizes.
It was a glorious day at the beach.

Oak Park, Grand Ledge, Michigan, from the Ledges Trail across the river. Another summer photo of a place I've photographed before , again looking quite different (and far greener) with the trees all leafed out. Better LARGE , methinks.
Whatever the season, that rock wall attracts climbers. Note the guy in red, off to the right....

Opinion: This photo looks pretty good at every resolution; I'm rather pleased with it.
We walked the Ledges Trail in Grand Ledge this afternoon. The light was excellent, the other walkers we encountered were interesting, and the hike was delightful.

I've photographed this dock before; for instance, here's the same place . There's something about this platform--it's directly across from the stairway at Fitzgerald Park--that always gets my attention.
