At La Petite Cascade de Mortain, Normandie, France I think that this is Normandy Limestone - but am open to correction if necessary!

La Grande Cascade at Mortain, Normandy, France. Yes, the water here is not white - pictures in which it is white have presumably been PhotoShopped! There was an explanation somewhere about why it is 'golden' but I can't remember what was said.
