I checked the bog garden this morning, and I found three open flowers on my Calopogon tuberosus or Common Grass-pink orchids . There are dozens of plants yet to bloom. Can hardly wait!

After hurricane Michael breezed through our area in South Carolina and left a lot of rain, I checked on the last remaining Nodding Ladies'-tresses orchid in the front yard bog garden, and it seems to be just fine. I just love these little beauties!
