There are a lot of storks' nests around this area but all were empty apart from this one. Perhaps these were the first arrivals of the season?

A pigeon nested in the tree in my garden. After sitting patiently for a couple of weeks she has been rewarded with two chicks. They're growing quite quickly now. I wonder how long it will be before they can fly? I hope a cat doesn't get them.
