For her 85th birthday last year my Mum decided she would go paragliding. Unfortunately it was too windy when we originally planned the trip but she finally flew last Sunday.

For her 85th birthday last year my Mum decided she would go paragliding. Unfortunately it was too windy when we originally planned the trip but she finally flew last Sunday.

Just about the only pic I took on a walk from Seaford to Eastbourne last Sunday. It was quite a cloudy day, a strenuous walk across the undulating Seven Sisters cliffs, about 14 miles. At least that's my excuse.
