Lloyds Bank, Rosslyn Hill. I'm curious about this inscription on the wall of the Lloyds Bank building. I have no idea what the D.B.M.S stands for. The script looks fairly modern leading to the assumption that the year refers to 1996. Coincidentally the building is dated 1896 so I wonder if this was something to do with a centenary?
