I have geotagged this. Not sure why map info gives location as St Margaret's, Twickenham. I would have called it Richmond. It's on the road between the river and Richmond Green. Take a look at the map and see what you think.

A prisoner-of-war camp for Officers in WW2. Now luxury flats. Still surrounded by high iron railings. This time designed to keep intruders out rather than prisoners in.
