Another kitchen hack. Plop your celery butt end in water until it sprouts some roots, plant in soil, and there you go - you have celery all the time!

I read that if you put the butt end of your celery in water until it sprouts, then plant it in soil, you can have a renewable source of celery right in your kitchen. So far it's working; the center part is all new growth. Pretty soon I'll be able to transplant it. Neat, huh?
