After almost 20 years of neglect, I screwed up my courage and took my teeth in for a visit with a local dentist. I'm terrified of dentists, so this was a big deal for me. It was just the initial visit and was totally bearable, and to my surprise my teeth and gums are in really good shape! Upon leaving I was given this way cool goody bag full of toothy care stuffs. Score!
