My cucumber plants are beginning to show signs of stress from the drought. I water when I can, but I'm not sure how much my well can take, so it's sporadic. There are two basil plants (Dolce Fresca and Thai) in the front tank that are doing amazing despite the lack of water.

If nothing else, at least my Roma tomatoes came in well. I've been able to use them fresh in salads, stew them, and made a pasta sauce.

On and off thunderstorms all day and into the night - not the kind of rain we need right now. This water just runs on the top of the ground, we need a steady, soaking rain!
