The front tank is now home to my little cucumber seedlings, while the back tank is planted with radish in the front and kale in the rear.

Transplanted my barely visible tomatoes (Romas again this year). Bought some already started sweet green and jalapeno pepper plants for the moat. Peas are doing well so far on either end!

This year I'm trying an all raised/container garden. I filled the two stock tanks according to what some research suggested; sticks on bottom for drainage, then straw (I used old hay from the mule paddock that had to be raked up anyway), then compost, then top soil. We'll see how it does. Since the stock tanks were slightly ugly, I put my old dog fence to use as a screen, then transplanted some morning glories to hopefully grow up it.
