And here it is, the result of my foolish decision to attempt to photograph lightning. This was taken in the dead of night, and I didn't alter the photo at all - this bolt lit up the district, not to mention temporarily blinded me and made me almost pee my pants.

In an attempt to get a shot of lightning, I unknowingly sacrificed my camera. After shooting this storm, the camera began doing odd things, like overexposing skies or turning white areas yellow. Expensive lesson - don't put your gear on the line unless you have the money to replace it.
