This young groundhog was sitting right next to the edge of my front porch. It saw me and held still, thinking I wouldn't see it. Too late - I'd already gotten a picture of it.

About a week ago, this groundhog was enjoying the free lunch in my back yard. He spotted me, stood up on his hind legs and I waved back at him. Then he went back to eating. I guess he wasn't too concerned about me. This shot was from about five feet away.

On Monday, May 30th, 2022, I sneaked up close, about 10 feet away, and got this shot of a groundhog in my yard. It finally heard me and ran back to it's hideout.
