This is my Univox Coily bass guitar, a copy of an Epiphone Casino. The Beatles played Epiphone Casino guitars, so their popularity was why these copys were made. I found mine in a music store and it came just like this, body only and no parts. But, I picked it up for only $25 and it's in really great shape for a guitar made around 1970 or so. I plan on restoring it someday soon. I'm keeping my eyes open for parts to become available on online auction sites, but haven't found what I'm looking for yet.

This is the headstock logo of a 1960's-era bass guitar I have. I believe Univox called it a "Coily" Bass, but it was a copy of a Gibson ES335 hollowbody electric guitar. My bass is a sunburst color, as seen below in the picture with my Marshall amp. Taken on January 4th, 2015.
