This is my version of manicotti, which is made with potted meat and I have named "Potticotti," freshly baked out of the oven. I use potted meat, grated Parmesan cheese and spices for the filling. Cooking with canned meats like potted meat can be fun! This is the third of four related images.

These are the ingredients I use to make my own version of manicotti. Except I use potted meat instead of sausage or veal. I also make my own pasta sauce, so it's not shown here. This is the first of four related images.

I finally used the batch of ricotta cheese I had from making cheddar cheese a week or so ago. It went into this very yummy lasagna I made last night - with Italian sausage and three kinds of cheeses, including the ricotta.
