This is what I made for dinner tonight - Greek gyros. I made them all homemade, with the traditional lamb meat, tzatziki sauce made with cucumbers, and of course big chunks of tomato - all on fresh pita bread I baked this afternoon. (I cooked the lamb meat and made the tzatziki sauce yesterday so it would be ready for today.) Taken on December 31st, 2024, with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR.

So, I baked some Pita bread this afternoon. It's because I was going to make Greek gyros for dinner tonight. (Which I did.) Taken on December 31st, 2024, with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR.

After watching The Ten Commandments again and seeing them eat the flat breads throughout the movie, it put me in the mood for some. So, I made some pita bread today for gyros. The gyro I had for dinner was excellent, if I do say so myself. I also spent the day making some dandelion wine as well. That will take a while before it's finished and then has to age for a year before opened.
