This was my parents, Ken and Carolyn Harrelson, standing in front of our house in Safford, Arizona. It was taken in July 1966. Today, August 7th, 2020, would have been their 61st wedding anniversary. This looks to have been taken with a box camera and that's my Mom's Aunt Loreas and Uncle Vernon's 1963 Chevy parked to the right, so Loreas most likely took this photo. They lived fairly close by in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

I saw this beautiful 1955 Buick Special on the road to Omaha back in 1999. It was sitting in front of a used car lot, so I'm guessing it was for sale. My Dad had a 1956 Buick when him and Mom got married in 1959 and we had that car up until I was about 6. Which was about the time Dad bought a brand new 1967 Rambler station wagon.
