3 Mailboxes

Some mailboxes down the street from my house. This Yashica-44a is a TLR and it takes 4 cm. x 4cm. square images. From a 100 foot roll of expired Konica film, I cut down enough to make a roll. With some old backing paper, I respooled it and got 12 square images just like the original rolls used to have. Camera – Yashica-44a (made in 1959) Lens: Yashikor 60mm, f/3.5 Film: Konica 160 (127 size, expired 03/2006) Shooting Program: Manual Shutter Speed: 1/100 of a second Aperture: f/16 Date: December 11th, 2019, 1.41 p.m. Location: Norris City, Illinois, U.S.A. 1965 Chevrolet Impala

16 Mar 2015 5 5 818
I finally got to use my new Yashica-44a TLR. It was gorgeous out today, in the 70's, so I drove around my town and around the country and shot a whole roll of film in my new camera. This was the very first picture I took, a 1965 Chevy sitting in front of the local auto shop. Camera: Yashica-44a TLR (made in 1959) Lens: Yashikor 60mm, f/3.5 Film: Efke R100 B&W 127 film Shooting program: Manual (of course!) Aperture: f/22 Shutter speed: 1/50 sec. 127 Backhoe

24 Aug 2014 1 403
Another of the shots taken during the first time I used the Kodak Brownie Holiday 127 camera which was passed down to me from my Grandmother. It doesn't seem to perform well when aimed at the bright sun and produced light flares on some shots. Camera: Kodak Brownie Holiday (made in January 1953) Film: Efke R 100 127 black and white film Aperture: F/11 (approximate) Shutter speed: 1/25 sec. (approximate) Date: February 19th, 2010 Location: Norris City, Illinois, U.S.A. Developing process, chemicals were at 68 degrees: Kodak D-76 developer: 9 mins. Ilford Ilfostop stop bath: 90 secs.
