The Target Brownie Six-16 box camera was made by Kodak from 1941 through 1946. It uses the discontinued 616 film size. The camera itself measures 5 3/4 inches by 5 1/4 inches by 3 1/2 inches. It features a distinctive Art Deco front plate and is quite attractive. You can adjust it for two different apertures and shutter speeds. I have used 35mm film in mine to be able to say I've used it. When I taped the film inside the camera, in total darkness, it felt like I had it centered in the area where the original 616 film would have been. But, when I aimed it, I either aimed a half frame too high or got the positioning of the film off a little that I couldn't feel with my hands. The shot turned out all right except that I wish I could have gotten about half a frame lower to include more of the houses lining the road I was standing in. I think I picked this one up at an estate auction back around 1977.
