November 11th is Veteran's Day here in the United States. I am a veteran myself and I want to thank every other veteran we've ever had for their service. This picture is of Arlington Cemetery, located in Washington, D.C. As you can see, some veterans gave all to keep us free. These are styrofoam cups stuck into the fence at the grade school. I finished shooting the roll today and then developed it. A local Veteran’s monument. It’s quite appropriate because the 75th anniversary of D-Day, an epic battle of World War II, was this past Thursday. It stands in front of our local library. Taken exactly one year ago on Veteran's Day 2013. There was a flag for each plaque and each one stood for somebody who died for my country.

Let's not forget to take a moment out of our lives on this day to thank the Veterans. I want to honor them for their service and what they've given to America - our liberty and freedom. Stay strong!
