This was the crowning of Royalty here for my little town of Norris City. Her name was Halie Dawn Foley. If you're chosen as the Dairy Days Queen on Friday night, you get to ride in a convertible during the parade on Saturday night and you rule for a whole year. I'm not quite sure what the Queen does, though....
