Today we are in the district of Wick, Caithness not in the town itself but a large bay on the outskirts, This image shows defensive position of Sinclair Girnigoe Castle, with a backdrop of Sinclair Bay. Today images are fro 2011 therefore quality may suffer a little Posted for the North Coast 500 Group.

Through the mist and across the headland, the ruins of Castle Sinclair Girnigoe, which stands on the cliffs above Sinclair Bay., Captured from the grounds of the Noss Head Lighthouse with the boundary wall and what I assume to be the tool shed in the foreground, HWW.
